Greatest Artists of All Time

Notice a theme here? man i really am becoming a music nut...but that's not quite a NERD, now is it?
Just saw the 20 greatest songs on tv, i can thing of at least 20 songs that SHOULD have been there that weren't but ah well, tis all the stupido producers' thinking, ne? NEwhoo, in keeping with this theme, i hath decided to make a list of who I consider to be the greatest artists of all time:

- Jamie Cullum - well nu DUH, in case u havent bloody noticed by now, but he makes my world go round, that boy. Just his fusion of jazz with more rock/pop/soul, he does it in a way that is totally unique, nobody else could do it, he is SUCH a bloody musical genius!
- The Strokes - some people are sick of them, but i love these guys, they have a flavour to them that is soooo special, and it reminds me of their hometown NYC, but ya, their riffs are soooo delicious and Jules' voice has that real sexiness when he screams...yes
- Powderfinger - loved them eversince they emerged from their... wherever they were, anywhoo Bernard Fanning has one of the best, beautiful rock voices and there are just some songs that u'll never be able to stop liking and will live with you forever...ok, i sound like a Hallmark card...
- Red Hot Chili Peppers - some people HATE these guys, i have loved them eversince i was in grade 3, probably the reason i'm a Rock nut because of their stuff, and they alwayz made me laff. WOOT! seeing them next april!
- Lauryn Hill - best female voice, so damn soulful, but she's one of them female rn'b singers that carries herself with a real sense of female strength and u dun get her singing those hopelessly annoying "songs" about gettin' all kitted up to find my baby's daddy on da dancefloor, he cant stop staring at my.... u get the picture
- Ben Harper - fantastic musician, this bloke, love his lyrics, and he uses so many styles but with smooth transition, and he knows what he's doing in each one of them.
- Camille - i only recently got into this French artist, but she really impressed me, so obviously i got both her albums and BOOM! i was hooked, cos she's got that semi-jazzy voice and her songs have a stabilty yet they're experimental, her music just makes u stop to listen to what it is that she's doing exactly
- The Cat Empire - oh, my boyz from da hood, all so musically insane, u gotta lurrrve them cos they make u crack up, yet they do it with such musical dignity, and their CHORDS!
- Cold Chisel - heeeeey, u can't go wong with Barnsey, can u? omg, they have such good stuff, stuff that i grew up with cos of my dad, but anywhoo, love it, love it.
- John Mayer - not many people know this, but i'm quite a big fan of his, cos he is a FANTASTIC blues guitarist and he's played with some of the all time greats like Herbie Hancock and Buddy Guy and all that, and his voice and lyrics are sooo disguistingly romantic and sweet, to die for!
- when were talking bands that were REALLY ahead of my time, then there are 3 simple answers: The Beatles, Queen and Led Zeppelin, very different bands, but none of them need an explanation, do they?

plus other random artists i cant really give an explanation for:
Bob Marley
Lacuna Coil
Nightwish
Silverchair
Muse
Athlete

pfff, i'm so sleepy, stuff u people
